After completing the purchase you will receive an order confirmation by email, followed within 72 working hours by your unique login details to access the course.

This online review course is supplied as a digital learning product. ISACA classifies digital learning materials as non-refundable, and once a licence is issued it cannot be cancelled or returned. Our policy reflects this requirement.

Cooling off period and consent

At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want us to begin processing your enrolment immediately. This includes purchasing your ISACA course licence and starting the activation process. By giving this consent you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14 day cancellation right once activation has begun.

Non refundable purchases

Because ISACA does not permit refunds on digital learning materials, the purchase becomes non refundable as soon as we start activation. This occurs when we secure your course licence from ISACA. At this point we incur a non recoverable cost. Refunds are not available for changes of mind or similar reasons once activation has begun.

Refunds where a problem occurs

You remain entitled to a refund if the course is not supplied as described or cannot be accessed due to an issue on our side. If a fault cannot be resolved you will receive a refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
