About the Training.
​
This programme has a civil and commercial focus to enable participants to establish themselves in the most lucrative area of mediation practice. They will learn how regulation is driving demand for mediation and opening up new dispute areas such as Investor State and cross border disputes.

This programme combines best-in-class online learning with intensive skill practice. Participants will learn from an international faculty of commercial practitioners and study in an immersive and flexible way. The programme combines both online and in-person intensive skill practice preparing graduates for mediation work in both online and face-to-face cases.

How is the Mediator Qualification programme taught? Will I get to practice being a mediator, do case studies or simulations?
MENA Executive Training's Mediator Qualification programme is taught by Certified IMI Experts and international Mediators. Candidates will mediate a range of case studies tailored to the region and focused on international commercial disputes typical of the region
The training is highly practical and hands on, with personalised skills coaching including in-person and video analysis and feedback. The training is complemented by an immersive online curriculum featuring interactive cinema-quality case study simulation of a full commercial mediation, allowing candidates to experience a mediation on screen before commencing training.

We offer 2 types of training programme - in-person and online

Our Mediator Qualification programme offers learners the opportunity to qualify as a Civil and Commercial Mediator and gain the skills and knowledge to mediate commercial disputes at home or across borders. Our training combines best-in-class online learning with intensive skill practice and learn directly from experienced international practitioners. Those learners completing the training and passing the assessment will receive registration with The International Mediation Institute.
Covering a wide range of topics, including the application of AI in understanding machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision, our courses empower individuals to harness the transformative power of AI.
Is the Mediation Training Accredited?

Yes.
We provide the Gold Standard of Mediator Accreditation. Our in-person programme is certified by The Civil Mediation Council (CMC) in the UK and The International Mediation Institute (IMI) in the Hague. Our online training programme is certified by The International Mediation Institute (IMI) in the Hague.

The IMI provides one of the only independently regulated certified standards for mediation training. Its certification is respected in the global commercial sector. Furthermore, the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) sets professional standards for all UK mediators.
